The Dreen Garden Room

Our structures are made from sturdy materials, with quality built into every aspect of our designs. Based in the Sperrins in Co Derry our garden pods are built to last for decades with little maintenance required. Each garden room can be built from wood frame/ metal frame/ or sip panels. The cladding can be done to anything you require wood/ composite/rendering/ stone cladding/ brick cladding 

Standard 3.6m long x 3m wide Specification Includes:

Floor construction would consist of c16 grade treated 4×2 with 11mm OSB fixed to underside with 100mm insulation and 22mm Moisture resistant flooring.

Walls construction would consist of c16 grade 4×2 with 11mm OSB then black house wrap then 2×1 fix Vertically and horizontally then redwood timber cladding. Choice of other cladding is available at extra cost. The inside of the walls would have a 100mm insulation protec UV foil membrane plasterboard and plastered.

Flat roof would be Firestone rubberised covering with edge trims to match

Sliding or patio doors and 1 window all double glazed with a choice of colour

Electrics would consist of internal and external downlights and double sockets and a consumer units.
